Conference Reflections
Local ANZPA members who were part of the large contingent of Melbournians who traveled to Dunedin have spoken highly of their experience. People mentioned feeling very welcomed and very well looked after by the conference organizers and generally enjoyed the warmth of the exchanges with ANZPA folk from all round the world.
The dinner dance at Larnach castle with the spectacular setting, panoramic views and great band were of course a real hit.
Jose Fonseca’s insightful contributions were highly appreciated and there was plenty of choice in the wide range of workshops on offer. So well done and thank you Dunedin! Not bad for a little dot at the bottom of the world.
Andras Zankay Open Night
Melbourne members were able to re-engage with a little of the flavour of the conference when ANZPA Vic hosted an evening with Andras Zankay on Monday 2nd of Feb as he stopped over in Melbourne on his return to Hungary. Andras offered a psychodramatic exploration of relationship and the twenty or so people who attended benefited from Andras’ sensitive and astute handling of the theme. Several of the attendees were newcomers to psychodrama and the reports were that people appreciated the welcoming and openness of the group.
